On behalf of Social & Scientific Systems, Inc., I would like to thank you and your staff for the incredible service you provided during our stay in Bangkok for the XV International AIDS Conference. We have worked with many international security companies over the past 14 years, and we all agree that the service Genric provided was exceptional.

It was a pleasure to work with you all—beginning with our first meeting and throughout the conference itself. Your attentiveness to our needs was very much appreciated. You were wonderful in negotiating the contract, and you were always available to answer our questions. We truly appreciated your quick responses as it made planning for our participation in the conference much easier and even enjoyable.

We would also like to express our gratitude for the services provided by Chuvit “Kik” Chuvej, Chavalit “Charlie” Nujkul, and Pichai “Peter” Srip-on. We appreciated their willingness to be flexible and go with the many last-minute changes. They went above and beyond the call of duty and made our VIP and staff feel comfortable at all times. They contributed immensely to the success of our participation in the conference because they were familiar with the conference venue, knew the most direct routes, interceded on our behalf with the security team at the venue, and had many connections with others outside of the IMPACT center, which gave our VIP advantages that our staff would not have been able to provide. Dr. Fauci was truly grateful for the service he received.
